Sophie Bri Keeble is a writer and director working across film and long-form narrative. She has written and directed over ten short films and is currently developing a debut novel alongside both short and feature-length screen projects, with a focus on character-driven, emotionally grounded storytelling. Her work is defined by a strong visual identity, close collaboration with actors, and an interest in intimacy, power, and coming-of-age narratives. Sophie’s projects often centre female perspectives and explore psychological complexity through restrained, atmospheric filmmaking.

Alongside her narrative work, Sophie has collaborated with major industry organisations with illustrative and social media work including Netflix and BAFTA, and was the youngest filmmaker selected for the Action Xtreme- Women in Action Mentorship, supporting emerging female filmmakers. She also builds and shares her creative process online, reaching a combined social media audience of over 100,000, where she documents filmmaking, writing, and creative development, with the mission statement to empower and inspire the future generation of young creatives and filmmakers.

She continues to develop work across film and writing, with a particular focus on women-led stories, character, and performance. Her projects are driven by emotional honesty and an interest in how power, intimacy, and identity shape people’s lives.
